nc gave birth to their first disability pride parade!

this was the first year that south carolina celebrated their disability pride in their city of charleston. for the disability pride, "heart inclusive arts community" put together a street festival.

the festival was held at edmund’s toast brewing company on king street from 1pm to 5 pm.

the organizers kicked it off with a mini parade around the event ground. they had a dance party, some singers and stand up comedians to keep the event live.

the "inclusive arts" collective is a collaborative performing and visual arts studio for adults with disabilities.
